Working from home, gotta love it. Half of the Toronto transit system is not functioning due to icing still this Monday morning. Driving is treacherous, accidents all over the city. Many as of this morning are without power here in Toronto. However, nothing as bad as what some of my friends in Philly and Buffalo went through recently.  As I did yesterday, I spent a total of 20 minutes prepping my affiliate offers. Internet is back online, yeah. The bird turned out well on Saturday (prepped as per my Best Baked Turkey Tips post).

Today, well this morning I made Turkey & Eggs. This one should be a �no brainer� for those in �Bacon Nation�. Make your eggs any style. The only difference is that they will run alongside the slices of bird instead of slices of pig. (Delicious, wonderful slices��must focus).

2 eggs, any style

Sliced turkey

Sliced tomatoes

Cranberry sauce

Reheat turkey slices. Add sliced tomatoes and cranberry sauce. Finally add your eggs (I�m a sunny side up man). That�s it.

As always, feel free to remove or sub anything you don�t like (or allergic too). Yes, your cardiologist can still breathe easier over this breakfast. Are ya listening �Bacon Nation�? EnjoyJ
